More on the Sabre of Boldness
As promised, I have a bit more on the awarding of the Sabre of Boldness. The summary from the award's sponsor, Gottesdienst magazine, is now online. Chaplain Jonathan Shaw and the Rev'd Dr. Burnell Eckardt presented the award on behalf of the Gottesdienst Editorial Board.
A previous honoree, the Rev. Charles Henrickson gave me the names (and correct spellings) of the Swedish ministers of the Gospel at the ceremony. Pastor Olle Fogelkvist of the Swedish Mission Province accepted on behalf of Bishop Obare. Also on hand was Pastor Olle Hjortzberg-Nordlund. ¶ 23:09 |
